There is still plenty of time to ensure that your company's latest description is printed in the Show Guide. 

Free Customer Passes

Free passes are invitations that you can distribute to your best customers and prospects, allowing them free admission to the exhibit hall, special exhibits and networking events for both days of the Show. Sending out these free passes is one of the easiest, most effective methods of increasing booth traffic. Please note: There is no charge to the exhibitor for any of these free pass options. Check this page often as a customizable free pass will be available for download in July.

Pre-Registered Press List

GovComm 2013 is expected to draw representatives from the AV trade press, mainstream business, media and government trade press. The pre-registered press list will be available in November for exhibitors to download. Be sure to let the press know what events you’re holding at the Show so they’ll be sure to include you in their coverage.
